When your package arrives at a pudo locker, you'll receive an sms and email with a unique PIN and QR code. You can use either at the pudo locker to make your collection.

If you don’t pick up your package within 36 hours following the notification with the PIN code, the package will be sent back to the closest Pudo Kiosk or Depot.
